Return Policy
ON ALL STORE PRODUCTS
Sales are considered FINAL on all products, including but not limited to; bedding and linens, branded and non-branded clothing, food items or products ordered using the shopamwaygrand.com eight hundred number. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. See additional information on the return policies for Clothing and Bedding products below.
CLOTHING PRODUCTS
All sales are considered FINAL on clothing products. Returns are only accepted in the case of a Manufacturer Defect. A Manufacturer Defect does not include the shirt not being the right size. Returns of defective merchandise must be made within 30 days from the day the product arrived, and must be accompanied with the return form enclosed in the original shipment. Any returns made are at the expense of the person or persons who purchased the product or products. No refunds are permitted for returned items. Returned items will be exchanged for a new item exactly identical to what was ordered. Additional costs to the buyer may apply on exchanged items.
BEDS & BEDDING PRODUCTS
Although all bedding product sales are final, on rare occasions returns need to be made. We utilize professional delivery services, however, accidents occasionally may happen. In order to keep shipping costs down, please follow the procedures below:
Before the delivery people leave, check over your merchandise carefully, noting any discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery slip. This would include, but not limited to;
incorrect piece count, scraped or torn cartons, soiled or water damaged cartons, etc. Have the delivery driver sign the receipt with notations. These comments will guide our follow-up claims and repair/replacement options.
For any damage or defect not noted on the signed delivery slip at the time of delivery, you must contact the manufacturer according to their warranty terms enclosed within the original shipment. Any returns made are at the expense of the person or persons who purchased the product or products.
