Shipping, Tax Information and Store Hours of Operation
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). Verification of payment will be confirmed prior to shipment of products. Credit card statements will show a charge from Amway Grand Plaza Hotel for products ordered through SHOPAMWAYGRAND.COM. Order information is taken over the telephone or by placing an online payment using Pay Pal's shopping cart system. DO NOT EMAIL PAYMENT INFORMATION.
Note: Pay Pal is a Third party online e-commerce solution integrated into SHOPAMWAYGRAND.COM allowing customers to place online orders safely and securly. By electing to use Pay Pal's e-commerce solution, customers provide personal information voluntary at their own risk. SHOPAMWAYGRAND.COM, and its affiliates, do not retain any personal or payment informaion entered into Pay Pal's e-commerce solution. All information is stored and secured by Pay Pal. SHIPPING INFORMATION
The most common shipping method within the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. states is UPS ground shipping. Shipping carrier exceptions include bed set orders, and various clothing orders. A fixed shipping rate of $9.95 (USD) will be applied to all orders, regardless of the number of items ordered, with the exception of combo orders that include Bed Sets. Shipping costs for Bed Set orders are included in the final price shown on SHOPAMWAYGRAND.COM.
Orders cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States, this includes Alaska and Hawaii. No overseas orders, including Canada and Mexico, are allowed unless products ordered are shipped to a destination within the continental forty-eight (48) U.S. states.
Overnight and express shipping options are not available.
TAX INFORMATION
Orders placed in, and delivered to, Michigan residents incur a six percent (6%) sales tax to final order totals.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow four (4) to eight (8) weeks for delivery on all items ordered.
STORE HOURS OF OPERATION
SHOPAMWAYGRAND.COM is open to take phone orders from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. If calling after normal business hours, please leave a detailed message, and a store representative will return your call the next business day.
